Estimated delivery within Slovakia and the Czech Republic is usually 1-2 business days from dispatch.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. For international orders, the price is calculated according to the destination country and delivery method.

Order processing
Orders are dispatched once payment is received. All parcels are shipped via Packeta / Zásielkovňa.

Responsibility
COKLITKA is not responsible for delays, complications, or damages caused by the courier.
If a package is returned, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
