When will my order arrive at home?
Your order will arrive at your home within 1 to 5 working days from the order creation.
We try to process your orders as soon as possible after order confirmation.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost varies depending on the country to which you want to send the package. The cheapest shipping is to Slovakia (3.5€) and the Czech Republic (4€).
Where can I find your headquarters?
We are based in Bojnice, Slovakia.
How can I check the shipment?
After confirming the order, you will receive a tracking number by email which allows you to see where your shipment is located.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order at the email address: coklitka1@gmail.com
The order can only be canceled if it has not yet been sent.
What payment methods do you accept?
Maybe it is only payment by credit card.
Is it safe to pay by payment card?
Yes. Our site uses HTTPS encryption, which means all sensitive data is encrypted and no one can see it.
The payment gateway is secured by Stripe, which is the most used and safest payment gateway in the world.
Why can't you pay cash on delivery?
If the customer does not accept the shipment, we are forced to remove the chocolate from the package and replace it with a new one, which represents significant costs for us. For this reason, we have decided to discontinue the option of cash on delivery payment.

What tests do COKLITKA condoms undergo?
Every COKLITKA condom is electronically tested to ensure its perfection.
Samples of COKLITKA condoms are randomly selected from each batch for more rigorous quality tests.
After measuring thickness and length, the samples undergo an air inflation test to check burst strength and elasticity.
Crack tests are also performed.
Samples of COKLITKA condoms are filled with water and placed on blotting paper for one minute, which reveals any leakage.
If a sample fails any of the tests, the entire batch is discarded!
